About Northwind Painting:
Northwind Painting is a growing, fast paced painting company looking to add more members to our team. Our teams work on a wide variety of commercial painting, epoxy floor coatings, and polished concrete projects that are primarily in Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley.
We are looking for good people who are willing to learn, work hard, have fun, enjoy a job well done all while working with a team who wants the same. Experience is not always needed but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is.

You have previous painting experience

THE ROLE:
You Will Be:
Using various technologies to track and monitor job progress, results and maybe post some brag pictures of the results
Learn and teach the Northwind way of supporting our clients and team through our painting skills
Work on the ground, on ladders, on manlifts and boom lifts…oh my
Protect and mask off the client and company items to be protected during our work
Apply new finishes to a wide variety of surfaces by brush, roll or spray
Organize and clean up our work areas to look professional and tight
Maintain the front face of Northwind Painting with your professional and reliable attitude
Experience Required:
1 year painting experience minimum
Be able to demonstrate basic painting skills
Solid reliable work ethic- the team is only as strong as its weakest link
Be able to consistently lift 50lbs or more throughout the day
Be able to work at heights over 40ft
