Job Description :
We have an exciting opportunity for an Workday, HRIS Manager role! This role is responsible for delivering capabilities to both People Solutions organization as well as other internal Global Process Owners across our large enterprise. This role requires expertise in both Workday Reporting as well as Workday Recruiting. The Workday, HRIS Manager serves as a hands-on technical, expert along with leading and mentoring a small HRIS team.
If you have:
3 – 5 Years of Workday Experience in Workday Reporting and Workday Recruiting
Bachelor’s Degree
Workday Certifications are a plus
Ability to design, develop, configure, and test simple to complex Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite, BIRT) utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer, as well as other tools and available technologies.
Ability to design, configure and test the Recruiting business processes including the integrations that are initiated from these processes. Able to work collaboratively with the HRIS technical integrations team to deliver automation in Recruiting.
Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy with highly confidential data
Demonstrated experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving
Deep knowledge of Workday data sources and complex calculated fields
Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability
Superior collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage work, lead a work stream, and mentor junior team members
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Proven ability to work within a team-oriented environ
