Your Role and Responsibilities

The mission of Kyndryl HR Technology team is to be a trusted advisor to a variety of Kyndryl internal stakeholders. We bring value to everything we do by enhancing employee experience and enabling Kyndryls to grow while meeting their business objectives.

As a Time & Absence/Payroll Product Owner your role is to be a value maximizer to the customer/user and Kyndryl as a business. You will manage a diverse team of business, HR and technology stakeholders and will influence business decision through your interpersonal, technical and subject matter expertise when deciding for and implementing HR technology for Kyndryl.

Responsibilities of the role include:

identify, understand and manage key stakeholders;
define Key Value Indicators measures of success) for the tech portfolio;
co-create and communicate the product vision, product roadmap and implementation strategy;
manage the product backlog and work with the development teams supporting the technology;
understand both requested and non-requested needs of the business, prioritize technology enhancement, and uncover opportunities for improvement and automation;
make transparent and informed data-driven decisions;
manage risks, cost and dependencies;
showcase subject matter expertise and learn continuously.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Analytical thinking, Communication (verbal & written), Critical thinking, HR industry knowledge, Problem solving, Project management, Risk management, Technical Literacy

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

3+ years experience with Workday configuration for two or more of the following modules – Core HCM, Compensation, Time & Absence, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent & Performance

Strong understanding of SaaS solutions(including Workday), RFP, implementation, and ongoing management of HRIS Systems
