Job Description :
National Due Diligence Services is seeking a * Property Condition Assessor* experienced in conducting ASTM standard and equity level property condition assessments for commercial real estate transactions.
NDDS seeks an assessor who is experienced in assessing site improvements, building structures and envelopes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for evidence of deferred maintenance, problematic or deleterious materials. Skilled in identifying anticipated expenditures and preparing replacement reserve schedules.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in architecture, engineering or construction management and 5 years commercial building evaluation or commercial design experience with a general understanding of all building systems: site work, structural, building envelope, mechanical electrical and plumbing, fire and life safety systems.
Remote work is acceptable, travel is required. Salary commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
