Matrix Providers is offering a rewarding opportunity for a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Provider (Psychiatrist, Neurologist, or Physiatrist PM&R) to provide potential services to our veterans assisting with Veterans Benefits Administration Medical Disability Examination (VBA MDE) at our LHI facility in Anchorage, AK.

Status: Independent Contrator
Schedule: 1-2 days per week

The TBI Physician must have the following requirements:

MD or DO specializing in Neurology, Psychiatry, or PM&R – Anchorage, AK
Current license in any State

Due to contractual obligations with the DoD, Health Care Workers performing under this contract must either be a U.S. citizen, or as defined by the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship, and Immigration Services, either a noncitizen national of the United States, lawful permanent resident of the United States, or alien authorized to work in the United States.
