Grow and profitably maintain Henkel’s General Industrial Adhesive Technologies business in the SC territory with existing sales base of $4.0 million.
Prospect for new industrial business opportunities while managing existing customer base.
Work through the sales process to identify, quantify, and justify the appropriate value proposition for the individual customer matching their needs with our capabilities to provide a solution.
Motivate and train authorized industrial distributors to sell LOCTITE brand products and solutions
Present formal group training/selling sessions to industrial customers on LOCTITE brand technologies.
Implement territory management and growth plans that align with the overall strategic directives of the business.
Utilize Henkel’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage the sales and customer engagement processes.
Overnight travel up to 20% required.


Bachelor’s degree required.
Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
3 to 5 years’ experience in industrial sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience calling on or selling through industrial distribution is also desired.
Previous experience in group presentations and/or conducting group training sessions, preferred.
Team player, motivated and driven to succeed.
Proven time and territory management skills.
Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and video conferencing programs required
Experience using CRM and digital social media preferred.
