Glacier BrewHouse in AnchorageAlaska is looking for an executive chef. This is a full-time salariedposition. High volume experience is a must along with a strong culinarybackground and a flexible schedule which can include nights, weekends, andholidays. Must have the ability to manage, lead, train, and developpeople.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, as well as excellentwritten and verbal communication skills. He or she must be outgoing andpersonable, with a strong sense of hospitality.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years as a manager in afull-service restaurant.
