Responsibilities:

DETAILED JOB DUTIES

Serve as the primary intake point for new report requests from the Quality Assurance leadership team
Log and document new requests and liaise with various stakeholders to gather necessary information for each report request; build a business requirements document used to develop reports
Work with Business Management in analyzing, planning, developing, and monitoring strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives
Develop and support management information needs through periodic performance reporting, forecasting, and analysis
Create views for monthly business report presentations as instructed
Develop and monitor adherence to various control reports to assist business performance at the highest level
Inspect effectiveness of reporting and make useful recommendations
Work with vendors and other external entities
Participate in the implementation of automated tools and technologies to create business process efficiencies
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent required
2-4 years of experience in quality assurance, specifically within mortgage servicing
Knowledge of Black Knight products, including but not limited to MSP and LoanSphere preferred
Ability to adapt to frequently changing processes and procedures
Analytical and mathematical ability sufficient to identify potential issues
Ability to manage time and priorities wisely
Ability to grasp concepts quickly, make sound decisions, and resolve issues
Ability to work in a high-volume and time-sensitive environment
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines
Ability to work collaboratively with peers in a team environment to attain common goals
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality

WORK CONDITIONS

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late, or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Overtime required as necessary.
