As a Tower Lead (Top Hand), you will have a working understanding of the wireless industry. Majority of the time will be spent onsite climbing cell towers. You will assist the Tower Foreman in developing and planning site builds.
Responsibilities:
This role will include 6 week rotations in New England/MA market
Performance of various construction tasks in the areas of tower erection, coaxial cable and antenna installation, antenna mount installation, RF testing and troubleshooting.
Work at heights and follow safe productive construction cell sites and ensure safety policies are being followed
Lead topside tower activities and support the Tower Foreman on the ground
The majority of all tower work is locally based and primarily requires in market travel only (with few exceptions).
Requirements:
Must be local to Raynham, MA, open to relocation, OR open to 6 week rotations
Minimum of 2 years of cell tower construction experience and 6 months leading a tower crew
Knowledge and experience in system testing of new and existing equipment. May include sweep, PIM, or fiber testing
Physically able to lift to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Able to climb to and work at heights exceeding 300 vertical feet per day
Must be willing to to travel up to 100 miles per day
Offers are contingent upon drug test, background check, and MVR screens.
