Job Description :
Texoma Classics is seeking a sales and marketing mastermind with the ability to generate leads for our business.
We provide two services for the classic car industry. First, we build completely custom classic cars. Second, we perform full frame-off, rotisserie restorations on older vehicles. Our projects range in pricing from $150,000 to $250,000+ and, therefore, we are looking for someone well versed with dealing with wealthy clientele, that preferably already has connections to generate leads from.
There would be four phases to establishing a relationship with a potential Sales Lead:
· Phase I: $10,000 per car commission during the initial probationary period.
· Phase II: Salaried position, continuing the success developed in Phase I and working on developing Phase III and Phase IV listed below.
· Phase III: Continued salaried position with the addition of an override while taking on the responsibility of developing a US-based commissioned sales channel. This may incorporate individuals with entrepreneurial capabilities, brokers and private dealerships.
· Phase IV: Phase III compensation structure and an additional override for developing an international commissioned sales channel. This may incorporate offshore individuals with entrepreneurial capabilities, brokers and private dealerships.
