Job description
Implementation Engineers is seeking high energy, versatile MOS (ManagementOperating System), Consultants for both short-term and long-term contract work inUnited States and Canada. Prior experience implementing management operating systems across multiple industries, with solid cross-functional experience in operations, maintenance, process engineering and supply chain.
Candidates must be seasoned professionals who have successfully identified, led, and managed high-impact improvement projects both operationally and organizationally.Must be experienced in change management and developing the client relationship to enable successful implementation and sustainment of identified opportunities. Strong communication skills with C-level executives are required to ensure our clients’ expectations are exceeded, and future business is secured.
The successful candidate will lead our Implementation Engineering teams to:
Guide our clients through a structured process to implement change.
Facilitate the client needs with tools and processes that guide and transform, decision-making, improved communication, skills enhancement, organizational development, metrics, and performance results,
Comfortable coaching and mentoring through resistance and resolution, conflict management and leading to a behavioral change.
Plan and execute focus group sessions to obtain voice of the customer – internal and external – and leverage results to identify improvement opportunities
Develop metrics and KPI trees for existing and/or new meetings and visual management.
Assess and develop an internal management culture to sustain improvement initiatives through visual management, layered standard work, audits and more
Interact/Sell at all levels of the organization, especially with senior management/ executives.
Additional Qualifications:
BS, Engineering, or technical discipline
Understands the Plan, Do, Check, Act process
Comfortable facilitating meetings and coaching client personnel
Has experience leading a workstream
Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean certifications; Master Black belt a plus not required
Minimum 10 years of leading large-scale implementation projects required. PMP a plus
Prior consulting experience required
Excellent data analysis and statistical skills
Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills
Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills

Salary: $130,000.00 – $170,000.00 per year
