Reporting to the Manager, Client Success, the Client Revenue Advisor’s main goal is to drive relationship and financial success for our clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Regularly share Greenway Strategic and product vision
Account plans created/maintained with scorecard (Understand overarching risk and manage retention efforts)
Proactive outreach, bi-weekly or weekly outreach based on client segment
Quarterly or semi-annual business reviews based on client segment
Monitors A/R for all assigned Greenway Revenue Services (GRS) clients which includes, but is not limited to, identifying areas for improvement applicable to the client’s specialty and platform
Formalizes and implements corrective action plans to address areas of concern with client’s A/R
Communicates any issues of concern with respect to the client’s responsibilities in the revenue cycle management process
Accountable for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned clients
Identifies trends affecting the client’s A/R; collaborates with the operational team to ensure the overall health of the client’s account
Pursues continuing education of applicable software and hardware as necessary and drive client adoption and product education
Identify Upsell/Cross sell opportunities
Leverage NPS feedback and follow-up/action plan to improve sentiment
Researches payment trends and coding changes as well as payer requirement changes as necessary
Assists with creating procedures/process documentation
Communicates all client issues, including enhancement requests, bugs, errors, and inquiries, to internal stake holders and ensure documentation of the issues
Define and track short and long term goals in partnership with clients
Drive client satisfaction and retention
Accountability for ensuring escalations for GRS clients are addressed timely and appropriately
Strengthen client’s knowledge on industry best practices including compliance and adherence to government and insurance payor policies
Manage Executive sponsor program for applicable clients
Develop reputation as an industry expert and trusted advisor on revenue cycle and practice management processes for given specialty areas of focus
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
AAPC – CPB Certification or Certification Eligible, preferred but not required
Minimum qualifications:
3 years+ experience managing client accounts preferred
Minimum of three years current medical billing experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or healthcare experience
Skills and knowledge:
Keen understanding of Greenway solutions and how they fit into ambulatory care space based on customer’s needs
Greenway Revenue Services, best practice, workflows experience, preferred or willingness to be trained
Strong Industry, regulatory, and product knowledge
Support of current Greenway Revenue Services customers
Specialty acumen and commitment to continuous education
Ability to clearly articulate business issues and solutions and negotiate at a senior management level
Ability to provide internal transparency on the needs of the customer
Excellent listening, communication, and presenting skills
Change agent across verticals
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously
Strong delegation skills (internal and external)
Accountability driver (internal and external)
Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities
