ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Senior Director for DevSecOps Products, this position will be an integral part of the team that defines and realizes Wind River’s Studio vision.
You will collaborate across multiple teams including Engineering, UX, and Product Management. We are in a dynamic, fast-paced industry where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, while helping to delight our customers!
Responsibilities
Work directly with product managers & engineering teams to drive the desired outcome from product requirements
Create detailed use cases, capabilities and requirements to drive feature development
Work with product architects to break high-level requirements down into clear, achievable objectives that drive customer value
Participate in engineering design, scoping, architecture review sessions
Prioritize work of development teams
Track deliverables against defined success criteria
Demonstrate feature deliverables to stakeholders
Engage with our Product Managers, UX and Engineering teams to deliver features that both meet the market needs and delight our customers
Ensure product objectives are aligned with company strategic goals and initiatives; guide engineering down the correct path to achieve this
Build strong relationships with peers in cross-functional teams

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree + 5 years experience, Master’s degree + 3 years, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal, written communication skills
Strong analytical thinking, strategic as well as tactical planning skills
Domain expertise preferred, examples include: Build Automation, Test Automation, Embedded Software, Edge Computing, IoT, open source software
Programming skills and/or engineering experience a plus
Project management experience, PMP cert or similar is a plus
