Mortgage Professionals:
Bring your current originators to a nationwide lender that knows how to put you in charge of and grow your business model. You can set your own override margins and have your own LOAs, processing team, underwriters and closers. Great opportunity for expanding Branch Managers, Area Managers, Regional Managers and more.
Partner with a mortgage banker whose model and vision support large and small disbursed retail branches engaged in originations and processing. Regional territories and Opportunities are available coast to coast.
Producing Managers, Non Producing P&L teams and call centers are welcome.

Responsibilities
The Ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and efficient sales and operations team, which includes:
· Implementation of business development and sales strategies that will expand market share within the region
· Analyze and improve profitability
· Responsible for the operation of residential mortgage branches engaged in originating, processing and closing residential mortgage loans
· Committed to excellence in leadership and customer service
· Production: Identify and implement plans to increase production and leverage business opportunities within a designated geographic area by
· Developing the skills of Loan Officers to meet or exceed Division production objectives
· Analyzing update of local market competitors and competitive rates
· Identifying and presenting opportunities of market expansion
· Proactively recruiting seasoned Loan Officers
· Ensure training programs are through and delivered in a timely fashion
· Maximize profitability and growth of the branch network
Compensation includes; Base salary, monthly override, pricing margin revenue and P&L profits, plus exceptional personal production commissions.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $700,000.00 per year
