Job Description :
Stübben is a high-end manufacture of custom English riding saddles and equestrian accessories. To continue growing our business we need motivated, enthusiastic sales people to spread the Stübben name and service our existing customer base.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Lead generation
Scheduling and maintaining appointments
Customer service
Technical saddle fitting
Minor saddle repair
Set up and break down of vendor tents at horse shows
Manage inventory reports
Producing and meeting proposed budget for territory
Local advertising
Traveling for customer appointments and sales meetings
Job requirements:
Previous experience in the equestrian industry is mandatory
Previous sales experience is a plus
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Must be able to legally work in the United States
Ability to travel and spend time away from home
Lift up to 50#

Our sales reps cover specific geographic regions and work closely with local riders, trainers, and horse show management to drive sales in their territory. Stübben provides an industry leading education program to teach new saddle fitters, as well as continuing education to stay ahead of current trends. Additional education in saddle flocking and repair is available to qualified candidates.
