Headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan, RHP Properties (www.rhp.com) has an exciting opportunity available for a Training Coordinator to design, implement and manage employee training programs and development materials.
As a successful Training Coordinator, you will:
Develop and implement training programs that support and promote the organization’s goals
Research, select and implement training courses
Oversee project management of training initiatives while working with outside third-party vendors
Develop content for the creation of instructional materials, including one-on-one coaching programs and e-Learning courses.
Manage and track all initiatives through the use of a Learning Management System (LMS) or other current technology.
Facilitate training sessions with company team members at all levels
Provide status reports to senior management of training deficiencies and knowledge gaps within the company, offering solutions to identified problem areas.
Plan and coordinate corporate meetings and training events, managing all logistics and associated event communication.
Update and maintain the manuals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline preferred.
Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience working with adult learning principals and methodologies, course development, selection, and implementation
Proficiency in LMS systems administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
Willingness to be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office specifically Word and Outlook.
