Job Description :
Candidates must have two to five years of related support experience in a Microsoft Windows environment. Candidates should be familiar with personal computer hardware and software configurations. An A+ and/or MCP certification is a plus. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule available after 90 days of employment. Typical responsibilities include:
Provide Helpdesk support and be accountable for the response and diagnosis of end-user issues
Assist in computer troubleshooting and maintenance, operating system and application installations, computer lease configurations, computer deployment and returns.
Manage, record, report support activities and inventory.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate I.T. team member to expedite resolution
Travel between Wade Trim locations to provide computer support services
Provide on-site support and assistance for local CADD engineering applications and plotting
Troubleshoot server and network issues
Write effective user-oriented Helpdesk work order resolution documentation
Attend seminars and/or training classes
Maintain a safe working environment
