Customer Service Representative
PDG, a Southfield, MI based company, engaged in the importation of goods selling to big box retailers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive individual to directly interact with customers, retail partners, and third-party technicians. The ideal candidate is very organized, detail oriented and can work in an entrepreneurial environment. This is an outstanding opportunity with a growing, innovative company.
Duties Include:
Answering customer calls or communicating with customers via email
Identifying, and troubleshooting, customer product issues
Willing to learn, as well as go above and beyond to deliver on expectations with every customer interaction
Processing and tracking orders
Skillsets Desired
Problem solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
1-2 years of previous experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
Bonus pay

Southfield, MI 48075: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
