Job Description :
We are currently seeking a remote Help Desk Analyst for a possible contract to hire role. The Help Desk Analyst will be a technical support professional with proven customer service and issue resolution capabilities. Strong, proven customer service skills and experience providing live help to customers via phone.
This position will be part of the Service Desk and will be a full-time phone representative. Excellent phone skills are a must.
Note: Position is remote, but must be willing to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends. Training and equipment provided.
Responsibilities:
Resolve incoming client calls
Focus on the delivery of excellent customer service.
Consistently utilize troubleshooting skills and tools for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Follow Incident Record Documentation Standards utilizing company ticketing system.
Take ownership and responsibility of client technical issues.
Independently make decisions on course of action to get the client back in to production in a timely manner.
Be a positive, professional resource.
Minimum Requirements:
1+ years support experience with emphasis on phone.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong logical troubleshooting skills.
Ability to consistently follow standard procedures.
Familiarity with basic networking concepts.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
