Job Description :
This position is a management level position which primarily involves scheduling sixty care specialists. Scheduling involves efficiently pairing care staff with clients in West Michigan, working to create consistency of client/caregiver relationship. It involves complexity accounting for parameters such as geographic location, hours availability, client requirements, skills and vaccination status and other factors which are considered when assigning care team members to clients. Our goal is to exceed both client and caregiver expectations. This position is both challenging and highly rewarding.

The scheduler position is supported by care managers and a scheduling support position and reports directly to the Executive Director.
In-home care scheduling experience for a large agency is a plus.
Some college / associates is required.
