Qualifications
3-5 years in the sales industry (preferred)
Ability to commute to Shelby Twp, Michigan
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to learn new tech and systems, quickly
Results-oriented and has the ability to take charge when needed
Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
Managing systems and benchmarks for success
Motivated self-starter comfortable making outbound calls
Responsibilities
Working as an outbound sales agent for our team
Working on the phone all day, every day
Work a scheduled 40-hour week
Prospect for new clients calling on:
– Expired/FSBOs
– Buyers
– Sphere of Influence
– Past Clients / Database
– Just Listed / Just Sold
– Open Houses
– Call past clients for referrals
Maintain rigorous prospects for new business opportunities
Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and conversion targets
Consult with real estate agents to ensure the highest level of service for real estate transactions from initial contact through the listing agreements
Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents
Add to and maintain a qualified database of leads
Conduct market analysis to help establish property values for potential buyers and sellers
Database management to ensure processes run smoothly and there is rigorous lead follow-up
Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics
Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in the local market
Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage
Benefits
Base salary of $31,200 + commissions on appointments set, appointments held, and closed deals.
Earning potential is unlimited
Full time. Monday – Friday, 9-5pm
Option to work fully remote (after 90 days)
Elementary Covers Cost for your Real Estate Licensing (after 6 months)

Elementary Homes has an exciting opportunity. The Inside Sales Associate (ISA) prospects for new clients, cultivates client relationships, sets client appointments, and manages all leads within the contact management database. Calls are made each day to reach potential clients, obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment, and schedule meetings with the listing and/or buyer agent. Working on our team, you will bring your dynamic personality, consultative spirit, highly motivated drive, and desire for excellence in all that you accomplish.
You will work as an outbound sales agent for our team. This is a very important position for our team, as it creates appointments and prospects for the real estate agents on our team. Your job will involve being on the phone all day, every day.
This opportunity is perfect for a motivated, sales focused induvial who is seeking the security of a base pay along with unlimited income potential!
After your first 90 days of training with us, this will become a hybrid position with candidates having the option to work fully remote
