This position includes answering phones, working with our office team to ensure appropriate scheduling, checking in/out, and collecting payments.
We don’t require experience, as we’re looking to train the ideal candidate to provide our patients with an experience!

Position Summary: Serves patients by greeting and assisting them through the company check-in/check-out, scheduling, and collection processes.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Welcomes patients and visitors
Serves as a liaison between Providers and Patients
Scheduling appointments appropriately
Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentially of personal and financial information
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Knowledge of the company website
Knowledge of phone systems including transferring calls
Assists patients in distress by responding to emergencies
Maintaining reception area
Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting when changes are needed
Serves as a liaison between Hospitals, Patients, and Providers
Follows company policies and procedures
Promotes services the company is marketing
Reconciles appropriately
Job Type: Full-time
