Assist recruiting team with reference checks, application follow up, scheduling appointments, following up, etc., in relation to administrative recruiting activities.
Ensure complete applications packages are uploaded to HR for new employee files.
Assist in follow-up on wage approvals.
Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
Participates in recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees.
Compiles employee exit interview report and turnover report.
Maintains recruiting report dashboard.
Orders and Maintains all supplies needed by recruiting team.
Create professional employee communication materials.
Assist in tracking and reporting on all training activities.
Ensure completion of employee file integration into ADP.
Minimum 1-year Human Resources Experience
Experience with ADP Preferred, other HRIS experience accepted
Proven leadership capabilities accountable to results
Successful track record in a high-growth or start-up environment preferred
Ability to build powerful relationships to recruit effectively and consistently
Strong communication skills and social poise
Ability to work in a collaborative team setting or drive work individually as needed
Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kalamazoo, MI 49009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Recruiting or Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
