Job Description :
As a Service Manager at Kline’s RV, your job will be to direct all service operations including scheduling, service writing, repair orders, shop logistics, shop appearance, and warranty. We believe getting away into the wilderness can be essential to living a fulfilled life. It is this view that drives us to guide our fellow Metro Detroit citizens into the RV Experience. The Service Managers daily goal is to get customers units back to them without interrupting their camping season.
Responsibilities:
Service customers entire service experience
Manage Repair Orders
Meet customer deadlines
Tracking of Warranty activities
Vehicle/shop logistics
Take incoming Service Calls when needed
Maintain a clean shop
Qualifications:
Experience as RV Dealer Service Manager for at least 2 years and a love of camping.
Honesty – this is the number one quality of our Dealership.

Flexibility – things do not always go as planned.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
