Job Description :
Essential Responsibilities:
3D Printing and CNC support – training will provided to understand the basics of these technologies. More responsibilities will be added as team member shows positive progress.
Maintain Model Shop facility organization and cleanliness on daily and regular basis
Support the completion of everyday Model Shop tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
Support Advanced Engineering Team for low production builds of prototype parts. (Potting, assembly, inspection, etc)
Non-Essential Responsibilities:
Tech show support – set up / tear down
Corporate vehicle maintenance

Specific Direction: Follows established work procedures. Receives periodic checks for performance. Refers unique questions/conditions to immediate supervisor.
General Direction: Plans and arranges own work. Uses a wide range of procedures to accomplish assigned objectives.
Limited Direction: Works from overall policies, goals and budgetary limits. Virtually self-supervising with direct accountability for final results.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Education & Experience:
High school diploma and possible Vocational school/training.
Preferred: HANDS-ON experience in a Machine/fabricating/wood working shop, automotive repair facility or engineering environment.
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.
Ability to utilize all job related equipment including, but not limited to, milling machine, lathe, saw, sander, paint equipment, measuring tools, etc..
