Job Description :
Come join our team as a Behavioral Health Technician, at Village Behavioral Health! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about behavioral health. Village Behavioral Health is a treatment center that offers a full spectrum of treatment options to address behavioral health and substance use disorders in adolescents aged 10-17. A uniqueness about Village Behavioral Health is that we use nature as part of our therapeutic process.
We currently have Full time openings for:
Day-7:00am-7:00pm w/ rotating weekend.
Weekend differential of $2.00/hr
Evening: 4:00pm-12:00am w/ rotating weekend.
Weekday shift differential of $1.25/hr between 7:00pm-12:00am
Weekend shift differential of $2.00/hr between 4:00pm-7:00pm and $4.00/hr between 7:00pm-12:00am
Overnight-7:00pm-7:00am w/ rotating weekend.
Weekday shift differential of $1.25/hr
Weekend shift differential of $4.00/hr
Pay:
$13.00/hr-$15.00/hr depending on education/experience
$3,000 sign on bonus
Purpose of position:
Providing care and close supervision of facility patients and documenting behavior
Developing positive relationships with patients and co-workers
Following facility policies and procedures implementing treatment plans and providing crisis intervention as necessary
Actively participant as part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction
Act as a role model in using appropriate counseling skills by de-escalating aggression, using active listening skills, using appropriate tone and volume of voice, providing a high frequency and variety of positive reinforcements, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and promoting a positive peer culture.
