Job Description :
The Employee Experience Specialist is critically important to our growth and success. The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing employee engagement, making meaningful changes in areas that can create consistent and good employee experiences.

Responsibilities:

Enthusiastically support, promote, and adhere to our Mission, Vision, and Core Values: accountability, continuous improvement, win/win (1+1=3), unity, integrity, safety, and respect.
Create and execute strategy for multi-faceted employee engagement programs and projects to improve employee retention.
Build and execute innovative and creative tactics to elevate and champion Brilar’s brand internally.
Complete various discovery exercises to understand the needs of employees.
Provide support and/or council for employees regarding work-related issues.
Lead company rewards & recognition initiatives.
Support employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and work to refine and improve the employee experience.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of HR programs, plans, policies, processes, and HR systems.
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support company strategic goals.
Partner with the Training Director to identify, execute and track technical, management, and interpersonal skills training needed to improve overall employee and front-line leadership relationships, skills, abilities, performance, and overall engagement.
Act as liaison to facilitate communication between parties and to provide support and resolution recommendations.
Conduct research, analyze data and report on employee engagement best practices and external benchmarking.
Prepare reports and communications to communicate employee relations trends and actions taken to Human Resources Director.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.
Maintain complete confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion with regard to sensitive employee information.
Works closely with Human Recourses Team and assists with other human resources tasks as required.
Always represents the company positively and professionally.
Performs other duties as required.
Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the world of Human Resources.
Embrace and practice education and continuous improvement, in order to expand knowledge and grow in terms of the level of responsibility and contribution to the company.

Requirements:

Aligns well with Brilar’s Core Values, Vision, and Mission.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field of study.
Bilingual: English and Spanish.
2+ years of Human Resources experience, with experience managing back-end processes and programs.
This is a “hands-on” position that requires interaction and visibility within all levels of the organization.
Experience exercising independent judgment and discretion while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action.
Experience interacting with all levels of an organization.
Available for occasional travel.
Excel at getting people involved and building a network of contacts.
Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem-solving skills in a variety of situations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently.
Must be a self-starter, driven, fast learner, and takes ownership of goals.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – with very professional phone etiquette.
Able to work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with ambiguity.
Must have a positive and friendly attitude and be coachable.
Working knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Must sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, and non-solicit agreement.
Must be willing to consent to pre-employment, post-incident, and random drug testing.
Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
