Uccello’s has since grown into six successful locations and in 2016, UHG launched a fast-casual concept, Herb & Fire Pizzeria, which has since added a second location. About The Job
Our Friendly, fast paced location is looking to add to our team!
Team Members at Herb and Fire are responsible for prepping food and plating dishes according to the Uccello’s Hospitality Group standards.
We are looking for individuals who want to join our Uccello’s Family and help us continue our growing success with either Part Time or Full Time availability!
General Responsibilities:
Ensure that all our guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
Ensure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes, portioning, cooking, and quality standards.
Help to achieve our company objectives in sales, service, quality, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of team members and creating a positive, productive working environment.
Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
The successful applicant will have:
High energy and a positive attitude
Ability to multitask
Flexible scheduling
Clear and effective communication skills
Be able to excel in a guest and team-oriented environment
Availability for nights and weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay $14-$16 per hour, includes Tips! Based on experience level
