Job Description:
Lead Software Project Development activities
Own, coordinate and communicate the SW development activities across specific projects
Own, coordinate and communicate the master timing schedule across multiple SW Development Projects
Establish critical development path milestones and arbitrate conflicts
Drive attainment of project execution metrics
Timing and Timing Projections
Resource Utilization and Resource Projections
Coordinate and Facilitate Project Execution Reviews
Lead primary communication channels with the customer regarding project deliverables
Lead and facilitate project risk management activities
Experience Required:
B.S. degree in Engineering
3-5 Years of Embedded SW Development Experience
Familiarity and Experience with ASPICE standards
Experience in leading teams or managing projects
High level of interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work with little direction
High level of analytical ability
Experience with customer interface roles
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
PMP Certification
