Job Description :
Johnstone Supply of Grand Rapids is seeking a qualified full time Administrative Specialist.
The Administrative Specialist provides exceptional customer service through administrative support, accounts receivable and receptionist duties.
· Accurately process customer payments
· Balance cash drawer/ end of day deposit
· Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
· Order and maintain supplies
· Assist with warehouse paperwork
· Transfer phone calls and monitor call center
· Administer utility rebate programs
· Process tool repairs
· Help prepare for special events
· General office duties
The hours of this position are somewhat flexible in the 7am- 5pm range, Monday- Friday. This can be discussed in more detail during the interview process.
Qualifications:
· Desire to support and meet the needs of customers, team members and vendors
· Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
· Ability to prioritize tasks and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
· Knowledge of basic accounting principles
· Excellent communication and people skills

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
