The Client Care Coordinator is the first face and first voice of Honey, personifying our organizational brand and representing our team and services. A vital role, this position is responsible for ensuring clients are appropriately supported and scheduled with the best-suited services and providers.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized team player who is charismatic, self-driven, and aligned with the Honey mission. This role is best suited for an individual with strong interpersonal skills who embodies empathy around the needs and experiences of modern mothers.
This is a part time on-site position Monday-Friday 12:30p-5:30p and reports to the Director of Brand Experience.
expectations & responsibilities.
Manage intake inquiries by responding to phone and email (via CRM)
Schedule intake appointments with appropriate therapists
Answer practice and program related questions
Coordinate with clinicians and coaches to fill direct service schedules
Greet in-person clients and notify clinicians at time of appointment
Assist Director of Brand Experience in administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with billing team for continuity of care and insurance verification for therapy clients
Answers general billing questions
Assist Director of Brand Experience in maintaining a high standard of facilities care
requirements.

Ability to handle and provide straight-forward feedback to the administrative team members
Be a problem solver and think ahead to ensure any challenges don’t greatly impact progress or outcomes for clients

Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment that requires strong multitasking skills, excellent time management, and self-starter mentality

This is a part time salaried position with opportunity for growth within the organization. Salary to commensurate based on experience and license level.
Salary
$16 – $22 per hour
