The Shipping and Receiving Clerk will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing parts and other items from incoming vendor shipments to the production floor and front office. The clerk will also be responsible for assisting with outgoing parts shipments. We are looking for employees that are: RELIABLE. DEPENDABLE. SKILLED. SELF MOTIVATED.

Team Member Perks
Standard work schedule is Monday – Friday 8 hours. 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime may be required at times, but not the plan.
Pay rate: $17.00 to $20.00 based upon experience
Insurance benefits start the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
Safety toe footwear allowance of $100.00 annually

Essential duties and responsibilities
Receive purchased items using ERP software.
Deliver parts to appropriate technician and/or department on the production floor.
Unpacks and stock material onto shelves in designated storage area; maintaining proper identification.
Verify inventory through cycle counts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and submit findings for approval.
Clean and maintain storage areas.
Other task as assigned by supervisor.

Qualification
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
1 year of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience.
Excellent track record for attendance required – we need you here.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer and data entry skills.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
Ability to operate a fork lift
Work Environment
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or crouch for extended periods of time and regularly required to walk
High level of hand dexterity/coordination
Ability to stand, remain stationary, and/or move about for 8 hours
Some positions require repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs.
Some positions require frequent to repetitive bending, reaching, squatting
Ability to reach at various height above head and below waist
Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
