As an office leader, you have the opportunity to help grow our real estate agents’ business by assisting in office organization, broker transaction processing, and marketing and technology support. Successful applicants for the position will represent the professional front guard to both the public and our real estate agents, and embody the service oriented support structure that is the foundation of our company’s success.
Job Description:
#1 Problem Solver: When there is a need, be the first to step up to assist!
Cross Every T: Process listing and sale paperwork with an extreme level of detail and accuracy
Make it Happen: Assist Office Manager with overseeing daily operations of the office
Make Them Smile: Welcome Clients and coordinate appointments with a pleasant and professional approach
We’ve Got This: Tackle office issues with coordination of IT Department and vendors when issues arise with printers, phones, WiFi
At Your Service: Develop into an internal expert in our systems and technology to assist with agent tech utilization and troubleshooting
Tell the World: Manage Office Social Media Accounts for internal communication, and external promotion
Tech Master: Proficiency and knowledge of computer systems is essential in this role. You’ll be in and out of multiple systems on a daily basis, so comfort and ability to quickly learn and master consumer level tech is a major component of the position. From data input, digital transaction processing, to marketing software and Facebook—you’ll live in a digital world, and be the ambassador to come alongside our agents and proactively help them overcome any roadblocks.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Assisting Office Manager on various tasks
Weekly newspaper advertising
Creating listing packets
Putting together new files
Answering Phones
