Join our growing team at Herb & Fire Pizzeria, a fast-casual Italian restaurant with wood-fired pizzas, owned and operated by Uccello’s Hospitality Group. Not only do we provide the freshest ingredients to our guests, but we also strive to provide superior hospitality. Herb & Fire is looking for positive, driven, and dependable Assistant Managers to provide our guests with an experience they will not forget.
About The Job
Assistant Managers at Herb and Fire are responsible for prepping food and plating dishes according to the Uccello’s Hospitality Group standards.
We are looking to hire part and full-time Assistant Managers that have the willingness to work with any availability at our Grandville and Knapp’s Corner locations.
General Responsibilities:
Ensure that all our guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
Ensure that all food and beverages are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes, portioning, cooking, and quality standards.
Help to achieve our company objectives in sales, service, quality, and sanitation and cleanliness through training of team members and creating a positive, productive working environment.
Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
Continually strive to develop your team members in all areas.
The successful applicant will have:

Be at least 21 years of age
