Job Description :
Major Job Responsibilities As a SAP Presales Senior Domain Architect, you will lead complex opportunities and RFP/RFI as well as direct customer opportunities, maximising profitability while controlling the solution integrity. Responsible for analysing and translating business information and technical requirements into (solution design and architecture) relating to the entire array of Financials modules and component ( Finical accounting & Consolidation , Treasury Management, Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payment , Bank Connectivity, Product Costing and COPA for implementation /rollout/support and group consolidation) Demonstrated cross functional leadership i.e. ability to look at the end to end process and understand how it fits together. Expected to multitask, work on multiple opportunities running parallel to each other Thoroughly analyse customer RFP documents and identify best fit solution for SAP for for S/4HANA implementations /Rollout ,Group consolidation ,IBP. Review the companys financial processes and provide recommendations on process improvements using SAP Ensure the SAP governance and best practices from finance perspective Conduct work effort estimation and develop work plans. Integration of Central Finance with SAP and other non-SAP solution Excellent understanding of integration of SAP Finance, Cost Controlling , Treasury & Risk Management module with Other modules and SaaS module Knowledge of integration of Finance and other SAP solutions such as Group Reporting, Advanced Compliance Reporting, and SAP BW4/HANA Responsibilities will include qualification of opportunities, solution design, project and support estimates, customer presentations, building relevant demos and proof of concepts, providing SAP SME knowledge to the delivery practice, answering Technical responses. Responsible for leading End-to-End Solution for complex, multi-tower SAP deals including S/4HANA implementation/Conversion/Rollout programs, covering end-to-end solution definition, implementation approach, effort estimation, and implementation planning, working hand in hand with other towers/Service lines/COE/ sales to define unique value proposition. Qualifications/Key Attributes Graduation from Reputed university Chartered Accountant / Cost & Works Accountant preferably with MBA-Finance Domain experience worked in Finance, Costing, and Treasury Risk Management in a manufacturing vertical. Extensive experience in all aspects of SAP Financial Accounting including Credit Management, new Asset Accounting, Parallel Ledgers & Document Splitting, Bank Communications Management, experience in S/4HANA implementations ,Central Finance Minimum of 5 years of Pre-Sales cycle experience, 10-15 years of SAP, S/4HANA Finance /Treasury /Costing Certification preferred. Provide Big Picture, Market Insights, Value Propositions & differentiators into deals /RFP Recommended Tools and Accelerators related to end-to-end solutions for automations/innovations Self-direction to learn new systems and technology to effectively design end to end effective solutions. Able to take direction as well as capable of working with minimal supervision. Candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, be self-directed and capable of working with minimal supervision. Must have a strong, demonstrated commitment to customer service and be committed to pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, service delivery and support. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers. Working knowledge of ITIL Processes Change, Release, Incident, Problem management Proven customer-facing consulting and presentation skills, especially around understanding customer needs, devising innovative solutions, and communicating solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
