Responsibilities: Work closely with developers to design and deliver the key components of the UKG Dimension application.
Responsibilities include developing and executing test scenarios/test cases to ensure quality product releasesEnsuring proper functionality and performance of a wide variety of applications and platformsSuccessful candidates will be experienced in modern test methodologies and processes executed throughout the software development life cycle and have a proven track record as an individual contributor in a small Agile team environment.A demonstrated ability to deliver quality product releases on schedule using risk analysis and defect containment practices, test automation and continuous improvement initiatives are key to this position.Responsible & Accountable for the quality of the product for the project.Good knowledge of SDLC/STLCGood knowledge of test design techniques and test case reviewsGood experience in SQL Server / Any databaseGood experience in Manual and Functional testingGood knowledge & Experience about core Java, Selenium & API automationTeam reports to the Test Manager
Qualifications
Graduate degree in Computer Sc./Engineering from top colleges of state universities and other good engineering institutes with 60% throughout academics.
Degrees attained B.Tech /B.E./MCA/M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc./M.S. in Computer Science / IT and related field.3 – 5 Yrs. IT industry experience working with product companies and top-tier service level organizations.Experience with software test automation tool(s) like UFT or Web driver, Selenium using frameworks and descriptive programming especially JavaGood experience in te. st management tools like ALM, JIRAGood at problem-solving with excellent documentation and communication skillsProcess-oriented with high attention to detail and good follow-throughExcellent problem solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience in testing using various Windows & Unix environments
