Experience: 8 YearsWork Timings: Morning/Afternoon/Night ShiftsWork Location: Bangalore, Rotational ShiftEssential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Support the existing running projects.2. Creation of project plans that clearly define the project scope, assumptions, risks and overall project approach including project resource needs, high level timelines, and project communications.3.Develop and administers project schedules and performance standards.4. Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original scope.5.Assigns duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses in scope, on schedule and within budget.6. Drives compliance with the IT Quality processes and Viatris SDLC process, including the IT change management and quality/testing process.7. Communicates project status to project steering committee and other stakeholders as appropriate. Manages project issues/risks in a timely manner and appropriately escalating when necessary.8. Ensures the development of quality plans and direction of quality testing. Fosters creative approaches to problem solving in a way that maintains focus on the delivery of a quality product that meets business needs.9. Collaborates with business support team to ensure technologies are providing valuable capabilities to customers.10. Leads and participates in process to develop requirements. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, differentiate between actual and required user needs and distinguish user requests from the underlying business problems.11. Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis and other relevant techniques. Able to handle regional process analyses in support of a business unit or region, may perform global analyses under the guidance of a Solutions Leader.12. Proactively connects, collaborates and maintains communication with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver project methodology artifacts as needed (following Viatris project methodology).13. Provides support and/or direction to project and program manager(s) in overcoming hurdles and moving projects forward by proactively mitigating open issues and project risks. Maintains consistent communication channels between all vested parties (steering committee, business sponsors, IT stakeholders, project team, etc.). Leads organization change management efforts in areas of responsibility.14. Perform other duties as assigned.15. Handling of support tickets and activitiesKnowledge: ·Must possess extensive knowledge of project management concepts, practices and procedures as they relate to the delivering IT project.·Must understand and apply all of the Project Management Body of Knowledge Competencies.·Must understand highly complex technology projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives, and ability to present those concepts to both IT and non-IT audiences in a concise and easily-understandable manner.·Ability to develop strategic partnership with business customers.·Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Skills & Abilities: · Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills.· Works well in and appreciates the value of a globally diverse management, employee, and contractor environment.· Performs well under pressure. Shows diplomacy, tact and good judgment when conflict arises.· Proactively plans for managing and mitigating project risk.· Possesses a clear vision of project direction/outcome and ability to communicate this vision; instils a sense of project ownership.· Achieves high results through people.· Navigates corporate political and cultural situations and diffuses potentially volatile situations; is able to tap into the power structures of organizations.· Work effectively in a highly matrixed environment where resources report to both functional and project leads.·Has ability to manage expectations of project sponsor and stakeholders regarding scope and deliverables.Education/Experience: ·Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 10 years of experience.·Primary skills : C#, ASP.Net, MVC, SQL Server 2016, Azure, Angular JS, React JS·Secondary Skills: SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, SharePoint Online, Nintex Workflow, SPFx, ReactJS, SharePoint PnP , O365, MS Teams·Expert level .Net Experience with Visual Studio 2019 in mid to large enterprise·Good understanding of customized and Out of the Box SharePoint Web Parts and Apps. Able to Create and deploy custom apps using SPFx framework.· Knowledge of InfoPath, Nintex.· Hands-on experience with CSS, JavaScript, HTML and frameworks (Bootstrap, Office UI, Angular, NodeJS)·Experience with REST API/ Web API creation, consumption, integration using Service Oriented Architecture.·Associate should have working experience in Development and Customization in Sharepoint Online environment.· Experience in Agile Software Development.·Experience working with GIT, TFS, VSTS as version control tools and should understand the concepts around pull requests, branches, repositories.Licenses/Certifications: Management Degree Preferred.Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts. Ability to present to a group of departments.Mathematical Skills: Has an understanding of earned value metrics and how to use them effectively on projects.Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve complex problems with a variety of variables through nonstandard solutions that require in-depth analysis.
